We offer an exciting opportunity for a Youth Development Coach to join our team as a Behaviour Mentor. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our NEET Programme, which aims to support young people in overcoming barriers and achieving their potential. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for working with young people, particularly those facing challenges in education or personal life. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build trust with learners and foster a supportive environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality Behaviour Mentor support to learners, addressing their specific needs and circumstances.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with learners, their families, and external agencies.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective delivery of the NEET Programme.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and contribute to monitoring and evaluation reports.
