We are seeking an experienced Youth Sports Development Specialist to join our team at the Somerset Activity and Sports Partnership.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to students of various ages and skill levels, supporting the development of an extra-curricular program that complements our 'BIG 3' initiative, and fostering meaningful relationships with young people across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to students of various ages and skill levels.
  • Support the development of an extra-curricular program that complements our 'BIG 3' initiative.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with young people across multiple sites.
Requirements:
  • A relevant Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards it.
  • A full clean driving license and daily access to a car.
  • Experience in successful coaching at club level.
