Job Title: Youth Football Development Coach

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic coach to join our team at Leeds United Foundation.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality coaching and support to young footballers.
  • Manage a team of coaches and lead course sessions.
  • Complete administrative duties, including risk assessments and registers.
  • Provide regular reports and attend meetings with the Head of Department.

Essential Qualifications:

  • UEFA B Coaching Certificate
  • FA Youth Award Module 1 and 2
  • FA Licensed Coaching Status
  • First Aid Qualification and Child Protection Training
  • Experience in Elite Coaching and knowledge of child development.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • UEFA A Coaching Certificate
  • Knowledge of Talent Identification and Long-Term Player Development
  • Experience in international coaching and working with young players.
