About the RoleYou will be the link between station management and the ACES team, contributing to the optimization of delivery station operations. Your tasks will include:
- Monitoring logistics and delivery success through set performance indicators
- Setting up action plans to drive current performance to benchmark rates
- Contributing to audit initiatives and supporting results-driven action planning
- Deploying Process Standard implementations and upgrades within the delivery station
- Ensuring station management is trained in technical configurations to drive accurate reporting and productivity boosts
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or Logistics
- Experience in Distribution and/or Fulfillment processes, ideally in a fast-paced industrial, logistics, or production environment
- Proven analysis and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Flexibility with work times and readiness to assist in night shifts if required
While not required, experience in process management, Lean Management, Six Sigma, and data analysis skills are highly valued.
