Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with young people to promote their social, emotional, and educational well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages positive relationships and promotes personal growth.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a trauma-informed approach is embedded in all aspects of care.
- Participate in regular training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Good understanding of child development and the needs of young people.
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in a residential setting.
- Valid driving license and ability to drive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Relevant qualifications in social care or a related field, or willingness to undertake further education.
