Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team at Altitude-Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our Estates Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide a high standard of customer care to all tenants, clients, and visitors, welcoming and providing information as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Estates Manager in the administration of our Estates function, including managing the reactive maintenance list, contacting contractors, and preparing reports.
  • Site Operations: Coordinate daily site operations, including cleaning, waste management, and contractor management.
  • Compliance and Safety: Support weekly compliance checks, health and safety monitoring, and emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Post and Administration: Sort and prepare incoming and outgoing post, and manage collections for tenants.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Voluntary Community Sector Knowledge: Understanding of the sector and its impact on individuals and groups.
  • Property Management Experience: Previous experience in property management, including maintenance and repairs.
  • First Aid and Fire Warden Training: Qualified First Aider or willing to undertake a course, and Fire Warden trained or willing to undertake a course.
