Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at United Living Group. In this role, you will work closely with our Operations Manager to provide accurate forecasts and reports to customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors. You will also be responsible for evaluating and agreeing on the price of variations, provisional sums, and contract instructions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and agreeing monthly valuations with clients' representatives and ensuring timely invoicing and payment.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting agreements with client representatives.
  • Preparing and submitting alternative proposals for materials and specifications to clients for approval.
  • Negotiating interim valuations and final accounts, including measurement and documentation of variations with the supply chain.

We offer a competitive salary of £**45,000 - £60,000 per annum**, depending on experience. If you have a passion for construction project coordination and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
