Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in coordinating construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Support the Operations Manager in providing monthly reports to clients, ensuring accurate forecasts and full information concerning variations and contractual notices.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors to continuously improve customer experience and obtain repeat business.
  • Prepare and agree monthly valuations with clients' representatives and ensure timely invoicing and payment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in coordinating construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ability to develop and maintain close relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts and legislation.
