We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Clinic Coordinator in General Surgery. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, ensuring accurate clinical activity recording, and providing exceptional support to our clinical teams.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate outpatient clinics to ensure efficient time management and staff availability.
- Ensure all relevant databases and patient information systems are up-to-date.
- Prepare case note folders and complete necessary documentation for new patients.
- Ensure patient notes are accurately completed with patient details.
- File correspondence and documentation promptly and cross-reference as necessary.
- Ensure relevant health records are available to clinical teams when required.
- Assist with patient tracking, including booking appointments, chasing results, and monitoring waiting lists.
- Prepare and collate statistical information as required.
- Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and other office routines.
