R3vamp Limited is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist Team Leader to join their team on a 5-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing routine support activities, managing inboxes and queries, and escalating HR issues. They will also contribute to improving HR services and work collaboratively with the HR Services Manager to achieve service aims and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a wide scope of work practices, including routine support activities and managing inboxes and queries.
- Escalate HR issues and contribute to improving HR services.
- Work collaboratively with the HR Services Manager to achieve service aims and objectives.
- Develop procedures and legislation, and work with internal and external stakeholders to recruit.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and conduct 1:1s with direct reports.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working in a similar position within the public sector, with a strong HR generalist background and the ability to lead and be hands-on. They will also have CIPD Level 5 and experience in using HR Systems, ideally iTrent.
