Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design process and ensuring that all design variables are accurate and complete at each stage of the design development process.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand client requirements and output specs
- Ensure pricing assumptions are consistent with the development of the design
- Monitor design progress and ensure accuracy and completeness of design variables
- Prepare monthly reports to Design Leads
- Responsible for design compliance, build ability, efficiency of design, and supporting the bid process
- Responsible to lead the sign off of documents to the correct status
- Prepare and validate the Design Management Plan (DMP)
- Prepare the Project`s Document Management Procedure in accordance with TEC.CMP.05
- Endorse Consultants` DMPs
- Define consultant values and authorise appointed consultants payments
- Define designer`s objectives: time, details, ratios, coordination`s, etc.
- Manage the flow of design information and the Document Control
- Support the procurement and
