Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager / Senior Design Manager to join our team at Randstad CPE. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design process for schemes up to £10M +.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for construction projects, ensuring that designs meet the required standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that designs are integrated and meet the project's requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure that design solutions meet their needs and expectations.
- Manage and coordinate the design process, including developing and implementing design briefs, managing design teams, and ensuring that designs are delivered to the required quality and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Design Manager / Senior Design Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate design teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Strong technical skills, with a good understanding of design principles, construction methods, and industry standards.
