Our Fakenham service, overseen by John Chapman, focuses on providing tailored and compassionate support to those with learning disabilities.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Support Care Assistant to become part of our committed team. This role is engaging and dynamic, presenting daily opportunities to positively influence the lives of our clients by promoting independence and overall well-being in a nurturing and dependable environment. Responsibilities may include occasional overnight stays as part of our continuous support.
Qualifications and Skills
No previous experience or formal qualifications are required for this rewarding role. The most important attribute is your passion for making a difference, building relationships, and ensuring the safety of those you support. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you for success.
