Key Responsibilities:

– Administer prescribed medications in accordance with care plans
– Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance
– Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
– Keep precise records of care activities
– Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to promote client well-being
– Maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and the care team

Qualifications:
– Must possess a valid driver's license and have dependable transportation
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
– Previous experience in a residential care or home care environment is advantageous
– Ability to accurately follow care plans and directives
– Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes

Employment Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage

Expected Work Hours: 15 – 40 hours per week
