**About the Role**
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and improve their wellbeing.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide social and emotional support to individuals in their homes and local communities
* Assist with personal care, including personal hygiene needs if required
* Support with shopping and budgeting
* Build and maintain relationships with friends and family of our residents
* Assist with household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry
* Accompany individuals on outings, such as walks, meals, and activities
**Requirements**
* Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, including autism (full training will be provided)
* Calm, caring, and positive individual with excellent communication skills
* Computer literate
* Car driver desirable but not essential
