Position Overview:
Norfolk Care is looking for empathetic and reliable individuals to serve as Support Workers. In this role, you will offer vital assistance to clients in their residences, contributing to their comfort and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
– Aid with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
– Assist clients with mobility and transfers
– Administer prescribed medications in accordance with care protocols
– Help with meal preparation and feeding
– Provide companionship and emotional support
– Keep precise records of care provided
– Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure clients' well-being
– Maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and team members

Qualifications:
– Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
– Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
– Prior experience in a care facility or home care environment is advantageous
– Ability to accurately follow care plans and directives
– Basic computer skills for documentation purposes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

Expected Hours: 15 – 40 hours per week
