About the Role:

Key responsibilities of the Care Assistant role include:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks.
  • Assisting with meal times, ensuring residents receive a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident care and progress.
  • Working collaboratively with other colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the household.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably with older adults.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality care and promoting dignity and respect for residents.
