Opportunity:

Senior Residential Support Worker must have a NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People and experience of working within Children Residential Care.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Key Work Sessions with Children and Young People

* Lead Shifts within the home on a day to day basis

* Staff Supervision

* Attend meetings on behalf of Young People

* Advocate and Safeguarding of Young People

* Ensuring Placement Plans are followed

* Positive Relationships with Children and Young people

Qualifications

* Full UK Driving Licence

* NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People
