**About us**:
**The role**:
You will manage a caseload of clients as well as a shared responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers and staff in the service.
You will ensure that the accommodation is properly maintained and take an active role in the upkeep of the physical spaces of the accommodation and support the clients to sustain their tenancy.
**_Kindly note that this role is offered on a full-time (37.5 hour per hour), permanent basis with shift pattern: a mix of 07:30-15:00 shifts and 14:30-22:00 (a pattern of 4 early shifts, 2 days off, 4 late shifts)._**
**About you**
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- Experience of working with young people or those who have experienced homelessness.
- An understanding of the needs of people who have experienced homelessness, poor mental health, substance misuse
- A knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments and Support Planning.
- Able to demonstrate clear understanding of safeguarding requirements and procedures
