Job Title: Chef

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team at Heavens Kitchen Steak House Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Cook food in a timely manner, adhering to restaurant standards and quality guidelines.
  • Delegate tasks to kitchen staff, promoting a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Menu creation and options based on seasonal changes and customer demands, ensuring a diverse and exciting dining experience.
  • Inform wait staff about daily specials, ensuring seamless communication and service.
  • Supervise Cooks and assist as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality food preparation.
  • Modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
  • Monitor food stock and place orders, maintaining efficient inventory management.
  • Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items, upholding high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients, driving innovation and creativity in the kitchen.
  • Maintain quality and hygiene standards, implementing safety regulations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
