About the Role

We are seeking an Organisational Development Manager to join our team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding business that distributes building materials across the UK.

As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for supporting employees across the UK, working closely with our management team to drive organisational growth and development.

You will have experience in recruitment, payroll, administration and documentation, as well as managing employee metrics and performance. You will also be involved in disciplinary procedures, grievances and absences, and ensuring company policies and procedures are compliant and consistent across the group.

This role requires regular travel between locations, so you must be comfortable commuting throughout the Northwest and Manchester area.

The successful candidate will have a salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum.
