About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at MSX International. As a Helpdesk Agent, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including chat and social media.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of PC and MS Office applications.
  • A keen interest in technology and customer service.

Working Arrangements

This is a 6-month fixed contract, with a 40-hour workweek. You will work from home on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and be required to attend the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
