Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our Helpdesk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
