Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business growth and success
  • Leading and managing the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services
  • Providing expert advice on people-related matters to senior management and stakeholders
  • Implementing a collaborative approach to HR projects to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Designing and delivering learning and development programs to upskill staff
  • Recruiting, training, and developing staff in partnership with Talent Acquisition Specialist and Training Principal
  • Measuring and monitoring employee satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement
