Job Overview


Adecco UK is seeking a highly skilled MSP Planner to join their team in Warwick, supporting a high-visibility programme. As an experienced project planner, you will contribute to the strategic network investment plan for the GB transmission network and help achieve the government's net zero ambitions.



About the Role


In this dynamic position, you will develop, integrate, and manage project and programme plans in MSP. Utilising your expertise in project planning principles, you will ensure successful project execution, collaborating with Workstream Leads, PMO Lead, and subject matter experts to further develop and refine plans.



Key Responsibilities



  • Set up and maintain project structures for seamless execution
  • Create visual reports to communicate project progress and critical information to stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and advice to ensure appropriate planning approaches, tools, and processes are used
  • Review project progress data, including schedules, resources, and costs, to inform decision-making
  • Identify future project capacity and capability needs and work with the team to develop strategies


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will have proficiency in planning tools such as Microsoft Project and POL, along with a strong understanding of project planning principles and methodologies. Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and quality of project data and reports are essential.
