Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Daisy Communications Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing business partners to drive growth and development of Daisy branded mobile products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary sales responsibility for the growth and development of Daisy branded mobile products.
  • Carry out daily proactive call out campaigns with partners to ensure a strong presence with the business partners.
  • Provide weekly reports of challenges and successes of the territory and ensure the pipeline is kept up to date and accurate sales forecasts are provided.
  • Increase run rate business from existing partners, convert dormant partners into active partners and fully qualify and grow new prospects.
  • Be fully responsible for the satisfaction of partners by dealing with queries in a timely manner and engaging with relevant departments to give constructive feedback and permanent resolution ideas.
  • Achieve set targets, KPIs and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Telecoms sales experience essential.
  • Gravitas, presence and strong interpersonal skills to build strong and lasting relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communications skills; verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent customer/partner relations skills.
  • Strong team worker.
  • Computer literate.
