About the Role:

As a Care Team Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily needs of our residents, demonstrating compassion, and making a positive impact on their lives. You'll work collaboratively with a team of like-minded individuals to ensure our residents feel comfortable and supported in their home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to provide high-quality, personalized care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Support the development of Care Assistants to ensure they have the skills and confidence to provide excellent care.

Requirements:

  • Experience in care, with an NVQ3 in Social Care desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A genuine passion for working with older people and their needs.
