Care Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day needs of our residents, showing compassion, care, and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives.
- Work with a team of like-minded individuals to ensure our residents are comfortable in their home.
- Support Care Assistants in their development and provide guidance on delivering high-quality care.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.90.
- 39 hours available per week.

Requirements:
- Experience in care is an essential requirement for this role.
- An NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
