About the Role
As a Specialist Educational Needs Advisor for Ribbons and Reeves Limited, you will work with our partner schools in Lewisham to provide vital support for neurodivergent young people.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to develop tailored learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students with ASC, Dyslexia, or ADHD, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive school environment, promoting a culture of understanding and acceptance.
About You
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with a strong background in Psychology and experience working with neurodivergent individuals. If you have first-hand experience navigating the challenges of ASC, Dyslexia, or ADHD, we want to hear from you.
