About the Role

As a Specialist Educational Needs Advisor for Ribbons and Reeves Limited, you will work with our partner schools in Lewisham to provide vital support for neurodivergent young people.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to develop tailored learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  2. Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students with ASC, Dyslexia, or ADHD, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
  3. Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive school environment, promoting a culture of understanding and acceptance.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with a strong background in Psychology and experience working with neurodivergent individuals. If you have first-hand experience navigating the challenges of ASC, Dyslexia, or ADHD, we want to hear from you.
