We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Teacher Leader to join our team at Fife Council. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will contribute to the strategic vision for the school, working closely with stakeholders to implement and pursue objectives set in policies.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading and managing school improvement, both at strategic and operational levels, to ensure continuous improvement. This will involve working with a wide range of stakeholders, including teachers, support staff, and parents, to develop and implement effective strategies for improving student outcomes.
Qualification and Registration Requirements
You must be fully registered with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS) and have high levels of interpersonal skills and abilities, enabling you to work effectively as a member of the senior leadership team.
Professional Learning and Development
You will be required to demonstrate a commitment to your own professional learning as a practitioner through career-long professional learning activity and to be able to show how this has impacted on your practice.
Additional Requirements
You will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme before confirming your appointment.
