Job Summary

The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Criminal Justice Recovery Practitioner. The successful candidate will have a strong background in substance misuse and criminal justice, with experience in case management and working with clients on probation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and partner agencies. They will be empathetic and non-judgmental, with a strong commitment to promoting recovery and reducing reoffending.

The Service

Via Kingston is an established community service that delivers a range of clinical and psychosocial interventions to support individuals with drug and alcohol-related needs. We are a friendly and supportive team, committed to providing high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the needs of clients and develop effective intervention plans
  • Work closely with clients, probation practitioners, and other partner agencies to promote recovery and reduce reoffending
  • Deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
