Job Summary

The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Criminal Justice Recovery Practitioner. The successful candidate will have a strong background in substance misuse and criminal justice, with experience in case management and working with clients on probation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and partner agencies. They will be empathetic and non-judgmental, with a strong commitment to promoting recovery and reducing reoffending.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the needs of clients and develop effective intervention plans
  • Work closely with clients and partner agencies to promote recovery and reduce reoffending
  • Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to the development of our services and ensure they are responsive to the needs of our clients
