Job Summary

The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Criminal Justice Recovery Practitioner. The successful candidate will have a strong background in substance misuse and criminal justice, with experience in case management and working with clients on probation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and partner agencies. They will be empathetic and non-judgmental, with a strong commitment to promoting recovery and reducing reoffending.

The Service

Via Kingston is an established community service that delivers a range of clinical and psychosocial interventions to support individuals with drug and alcohol-related needs. We are a friendly and supportive team, committed to providing high-quality services to our clients.

As a Criminal Justice Recovery Practitioner, you will be working closely with our criminal justice and other partner agencies to provide a seamless service to clients. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, delivering effective interventions, and completing detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and develop effective intervention plans
  • Deliver high-quality interventions to support client recovery
  • Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with partner agencies to provide a seamless service to clients
