We are looking for a skilled and experienced Governance professional to join our team as an Assistant Governance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chair, Board, and Executive Committee, including preparing meeting agendas, coordinating meeting logistics, and producing accurate and timely minutes of meetings.

You will also be responsible for reviewing and updating annual meeting planners, ensuring compliance with governance regulations, and maintaining an archive of Committee meeting papers and minutes. Additionally, you will assist with drafting and coordinating Transparency Reports, compiling and publishing Executive and Committee papers, and tracking actions raised at meetings.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent project management skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. A CGI qualification or part qualification is essential. Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus benefits such as pension scheme, life assurance, and health insurance.
