Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of ASB cases, including complex and high-risk incidents, in line with relevant legislation and tools available.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to deliver positive outcomes for communities.
  • Utilise all available tools and enforcement methods to resolve ASB cases swiftly and effectively.
  • Prepare legal notices, witness statements, and case documentation, representing Paradigm in court where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage and prioritise a complex caseload of ASB cases.
  • Confidence when working with challenging behaviour.
  • Experience in preparing case reports and legal documentation is essential.

Salary and Benefits:

  • An attractive salary of £43,000 - £50,000 per annum.
