Salary and Benefits
This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour (£23,400 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week) plus benefits including paid induction and overtime pay. A valid UK manual driving license is desirable but not essential. As a member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Care and Support Coordinator, your main duties will involve:
- Delivering high-quality care and support services to meet individual needs.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Coordinating community activities and outings to promote independence and social interaction.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues.
