Industrial Fitter and Repairer

- Carry out routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Detect and diagnose faults in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, using technical manuals and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
- Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks to support maintenance and repair requirements, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and use appropriate PPE to ensure safe working practices in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
We offer a competitive salary range of £44,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a shift allowance and overtime opportunities. Our benefits package includes production bonus, on-site parking, and comprehensive training programs.
