Job Title: Learning Assistant

Excell Supply Ltd is seeking enthusiastic learning assistants to join our team working in primary and/or secondary schools in Shropshire on a supply basis.

This role involves collaborating with teachers to enhance student learning and classroom organisation, providing targeted support to students with additional needs, and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in preparing educational resources and materials.
  • Provide individualised support to students or groups of students.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive classroom culture.
  • Monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback to the class teacher.
