We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Self-Employed Party Assistant for arty birthday parties at weekends. This role involves teaching children to create their own artwork while ensuring the party runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up the party environment, including music and art supplies, to create an engaging atmosphere for the children.
  • Support children in completing their art projects, providing guidance and encouragement to foster their creativity.

What We're Looking For

  • Applicants should have a passion for art and experience working with children, ideally from Year 1 (aged 5-6) and upwards.
  • A qualification in art or a related field would be beneficial, but not essential.

Terms and Conditions

This is a part-time role, with competitive hourly pay ranging from £9.38 to £15 per hour, dependent on the candidate's age. The successful candidate will need to undergo a DBS check, which will be arranged and paid for by art-K.
