About the Role

PUNCHDRUNK is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Artistic Director to provide high-level administrative support to our Artistic Director and Co-Executive Producers. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our senior leadership team and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support, with expertise in diary management, email correspondence, and document preparation. You will be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 20 days holiday per annum (rising to 25 days after one year) + UK bank holidays, and a TOIL policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Artistic Director and Co-Executive Producers, including diary management, email correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including artists, partners, and advocacy guests.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including travel arrangements, logistics, and venue management.
  • Prepare high-quality briefing documents, presentations, and reports to facilitate informed decision-making by the executives.
