FM Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FM Administrator to join our team at Gatwick Immigration Removal Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all supporting administration elements of the contract are maintained and completed to support contract delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the FM helpdesk utilizing the CAFM system and provide regular updates to those who have logged issues.
• Support the FM Manager with procurement activity both locally and within the framework provided by the procurement lead.
• Work closely with the wider contract team to ensure seamless operations and help maintain accurate asset information within the CAFM system.
• Generate reports and forecasts based on the CAFM system data, providing valuable insights for decision making.
Requirements:
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to converse to all levels across the business
• Excellent PC skills, with use of Microsoft Office, excellent excel skills, and report writing
• Knowledge of payroll systems and processing
• Knowledge of purchasing systems
• Competent knowledge of CAFM systems preferable and the ability to become a subject matter expert
• Good analytical and organisational skills
• Self-motivation and ability to manage time and priorities well
• Analytical and logical approach to problem-solving
• Sound understanding of Facilities Management
• Ability to work weekends when required
• Experience of working to contractual obligations
• Customer focused
• The ability to take minutes at meetings as and when required
• Proven ability to work with sensitive and restricted information at all levels of the business
• The ability to work effectively with onsite Deputy Managers and wider members of the team
• The ability to carryout contractor inductions
