Care Home Deputy Manager Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Deputy Manager to join our team at Purosearch Ltd. As a senior member of the care team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional care services and contributing to the overall success of the home.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have previous deputy management experience within the elderly care sector and a strong understanding of medication and care planning principles.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and families. They will also have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and supporting staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the Home Manager to assist in the day-to-day running of the care home
* Oversee the delivery of high-calibre care services, ensuring each resident receives the highest standard of care
* Provide guidance and support to care staff, promoting staff development and enhancing the overall quality of care

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £31,300 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus excellent benefits.
