Key Responsibilities


Develop and maintain relationships with key corporates, agents, and platforms within the industry to secure new and repeat business.

Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager with venue marketing strategies, including social media and marketing plans.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure CH&CO remains competitive.

The Right Candidate:

Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Has a strong understanding of venue capabilities, capacities, and pricing, as well as the ability to communicate this effectively to clients.

Is highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.

Is willing to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
