Job Title: Children, Young People and Family Support Worker

We are seeking skilled and experienced Support Workers to join our team, providing assistance and support to children, young people, and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide knowledge, experience, and assistance to maintain a safe and stable family environment.
  • Support the well-being of young people, addressing complex needs and risk factors.
  • Work collaboratively with families, providing guidance and support to promote independence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans, ensuring effective support and interventions.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK Right to Work with 12+ months experience in a similar role.
  • Full CV, including employment history, with any breaks longer than 2 weeks accounted for.
  • Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Children and Adults), registered on the Update Service.
  • Five years of practical reference history.
