About the Opportunity:
Able Personnel is seeking a Learning and Development Mentor for Accountancy Apprentices to join our team. As a mentor, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our apprentices in their journey towards becoming qualified accountants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and pastoral guidance and support to apprentices
- Facilitate regular reviews and feedback sessions with learners
- Ensure a safe and conducive working environment for our learners
- Collaborate with the training team to deliver high-quality learning experiences

Requirements:
- AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent
- Relevant industry experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. You will also receive mileage payment at 45p per mile and have the option to work from home or our office in Derby or Nottingham.
