Salary Information
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of £19,312 - £21,245 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Learning Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in delivering targeted interventions and providing individualized support to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective phonics interventions using RWI expertise
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students, promoting academic and emotional well-being
  • Assist in creating and implementing IEPs, supporting students with diverse learning needs

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A Level 3 teaching assistant qualification or equivalent
  • RWI training and experience in delivering phonics interventions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
