Telecoms Sales Development Representative

**Role Overview**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our rapidly growing telecoms team at Interaction in Portsmouth.
As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will play a key role in connecting with customers, showcasing cutting-edge products, and helping them find the best solutions for their needs.
You will receive full in-house training, working alongside experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in the telecom sector.
**Salary and Benefits**
The salary for this role is £22,100, plus uncapped commission opportunities. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including a 4-day working week, company events, and a fun and collaborative team environment.
**Responsibilities**
Key responsibilities include:
- Cold calling to identify new business opportunities
- Building strong customer relationships with new customers
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. No prior sales experience is required, as full training will be provided.
