About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled GMP Delivery Manager to join our team at Aptia Group. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of GMP projects for our pension scheme clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline and Scheduling: Work with senior management to understand targets and phasing, schedule work to satisfy budgetary targets, and identify pre-requisites that might prevent commencement or delivery.
  • Performance: Be accountable for your contribution to the service and delivery of the team, work as part of the team to deliver great service, high quality work, and build positive relationships.
  • Financials: Accurately record own time spent, weekly review of revenue vs budget, and support with managing and monitoring each client to agreed budget.
  • Client and Colleagues: Support client relationship managers with delivery queries, identify complex clients, and build trusted and collaborative relationships with key teams and individuals.
Requirements
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong drive to develop self and others.
  • Relevant experience in managing project-based delivery.
  • Experience of budgets, capacity management, and financial targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical aptitude.
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary team environments and client teams and issues.
  • Demonstrable decision-making skills and ability to work independently.
  • UK pensions knowledge and experience.
  • Project/programme delivery qualifications.
