IT Delivery and Projects Manager – Leeds Centre – £55-65k DOE

Job Title: Service Delivery / Project Manager

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 DOE

Pension: 15% (5/10)

Education: Degree Calibre or commercial years

Qualifications: ITIL and/or a Project Delivery Qualification

Industry: FS

Location: Leeds, City Centre

This role involves leading the delivery of IT services and projects, ensuring great service delivery from external suppliers and managing the delivery of high-level business cases, project leadership, management, quality, and timely delivery of projects.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, delivering complex IT projects, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Third party supplier delivery of application services
  2. Co-ordination and control of third party supplier delivery of WAN, LAN, and telephony platforms
  3. 3rd party hosted solutions
  4. Desktop design and delivery

Technical Expertise:

  • Good technical understanding of IT technologies across LAN, WAN, SAN, Microsoft operating systems and application stacks

Qualifications:

  • ITIL
  • Higher Education qualification in IT/Management or work-based experience
  • Ideally holds a Project delivery qualification (Prince2)
