Job Title: IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Fruition IT. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects end-to-end, across a variety of projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in both traditional waterfall environments and transitioning to an agile environment. You will be responsible for liaising with C-Level Stakeholders, measuring progress on projects against project plans, and delivering key projects within budget and timescales.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives
  • Monitoring and controlling project milestone deadlines to ensure timely delivery
  • Effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously to maximize resource utilization
  • Identifying and mitigating risks within project roadmaps to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Solid experience as a Project Manager (5+ years), ideally with financial services industry experience
  • Experience managing 3rd party vendors
  • Risk Management Experience
  • Prince 2 and APM or Scrum Master qualified is desirable
